Takeshi and Rastakeshi Neuters

From time to time our cats are retired from our breeding program, so here are a few of our neutered cats, some have gone to live with friends as spoilt pets and others have stayed with us

Blade (Tijanmeek Clearshadow) was a stud boy here kindly given to us by our friend Janet Tarbox at the Tijanmeek Cattery.  Blade sired 4 lovely litters for us before being neutered and is now living in Sheffield with a black domestic shorthair.  He is much loved and his sweet nature has made him a wonderful cat to own

Eve and Rose (Adtream Queen Eve and Takeshi Roseofavalanche) are the best of friends and are both neutered after complications of being entire queens.  They have stayed with us as part of the family and play an important role in teaching the young ones how to behave!  They are both caring and beautiful, and good examples to our visitors of the loving temperament of kittens bred here

Mulberry (Takeshi Mulberry) is the son of Samu our Oriental Lilac stud.  Mulberry didn't show much interest in girls but before he was neutered at 2 years old, he sired his first litter of kittens.  We are keeping a little girl to carry on his good looks and temperament, he no longer lives with us and is missed dearly

Eliza (Rastakeshi Elizium) is the daughter of Mookai and Zaran, she didn't grow as big as I'd like for her to be a breeding queen, so she was neutered and now lives in York with a Chocolate and White boy we bred here in 2007.  Zaran (Auroradawn Zaran) is now retired from our breeding program.  She has given us 4 beautiful litters of kittens and is now enjoying putting her feet up and helps look after her grandchildren

Meeka and Tikka were Cornish Rex girls born out of our variant girl Lassi.  Meeka never was happy when placed with a boy and Tikka had one beautiful litter of Cornish Rex kittens sired by Whytuk Maclaren in 2006.  Meeka lives in Birmingham and Tikka lives in Rotherham.  Lassi (Ginnistam Lassi Takeshi) is pictured on the right in her retirement home having a life of luxury and one to one love as a single cat

Astrid (Takeshi Astrid Girl) is a Blue Tabby Cornish Rex and daughter of Tikka.  She was neutered in early 2008 and went to live with a kitten bred by us, in Manchester.  We miss Astrid and welcomed her litter sister when she recently visited Gaohs Kaluha.  We look forward to see the Great Grandchildren from our variant queen Lassi
